On the banks of the Frio River, under a cypress tree that has been there for a thousand years, on an overlook, or in a fully decorated banquet hall, all of nature will witness your love story along with friends and family who can come enjoy the many amenities of your Frio Country Destination Wedding.
Your Custom-Designed Package can Include:
• Full-Service Catering
• Scenic Site Location including selections from House Pasture Cattle Company Restaurant and Texas Music Venue, The Club at Concan, Frio River, or
many of the nearby resorts such as Pecan Valley Ranch.
with guest memberships available with ID.
• Cabins and Lodges from rustic on the riverfront to elaborate near the Club at Concan. Some sleep up to 20 people.
• Wedding Planning, Event coordination, and many other services readily available for your entire wedding to be seamless

For events held on a Friday or Sunday,
there will be a 25% discount on the facility fee.
All Buffet prices are based on a minimum of 100 guests.
For events under 100 guests, there will be a minimal staff charge.
||$3,500 (holds up to 1500 guests)
- Deposit on facility will be ½ of the facility fee and due within 7 days of booking
- If the event includes consumption of alcohol, customers will need to sign a caterer’s agreement to comply with TABC laws.
- There will be a 20% Gratuity charge on all catering.

- Red Neck Bride – BBQ buffet- Brisket, Sausage, Beans, Potato Salad & assorted bread.
- Texas Fajitas – Chicken or Beef Fajitas grilled to perfection, beans, rice, tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, chips & hot sauce.
- Aged Prime Rib – Savory Prime Rib carving station, tangy horseradish, garlic mashed potatoes, seasoned vegetables & assorted breads.
- Mesquite Smoked Turkey – Smoked Turkey Breast carving station, mashed red skin potatoes served w/butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon, & chives, Seasoned green beans, & Razzle Salad served with green leaf lettuce, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, feta cheese, & red onions.
- Timeless Roast Beef – Roast Beef served with homemade brown gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, seasoned vegetable, & assorted rolls.
- Mushroom Chicken – classic 6 oz chicken breast smothered in sautéed mushrooms and a creamy white wine butter sauce, gourmet bacon mac & cheese, sautéed onion green beans, and assorted rolls.
